ASRB Recruitment 2021- Administrative Officer (AO) And Finance & Accounts officer (FAO) 65 Vacancy, Apply Online

Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) has released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 65 AO and FAO vacancies. The eligible and interested candidates may submit their application online.

 1. Administrative Officer (AO)

Education qualification: The candidate must be a Graduate of a recognized University securing not less than 55% marks in the final degree examination or equivalent and must have a good working knowledge of computer.

 Pay Scale: Pay Band-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400.

 2. Finance & Accounts Officer (FAO)

 No. Of Posts: 21 Posts

 Unreserved: 13 Posts

OBC: 04 Posts

SC: 02 Posts

EWS: 02 Posts

 

Education qualification: The candidate must be a Graduate of a recognized University securing not less than 55% marks in the final degree examination or equivalent and must have a good working knowledge of computer.

 Desirable Qualification: Specialization in Finance/Accounting/Commerce as a Post-Graduation level or professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/CS.

 Pay Scale: Pay Band-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400.

 

Criteria of ASRB Recruitment:

 Age Limit: The candidates age must be between 21 to 30 years as 23/08/2021.

 Age relaxation: The upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for PwD candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

 Application Fee: The candidates have to play a minimum amount as application fee based on their category. The details are given below:

 l Women/ST/SC/PwD: Rs. 20

l UR/OBC/EWS: Rs. 500

Tier-I Examination: Guwahati

Tier-II Examination: Guwahati

 

How to Apply For ASRB Recruitment?

 The candidates who are interested and eligible may apply online for there vacancy through online mode by visiting official ASRB Recruitment Portal. Candidate may follow the steps given below to apply for ASRB recruitment.

2. Click on the “Online Application”  and complete the registration process.

3. Fill up all your personal and educational details and upload the necessary documents.

4. Make the payment of application fee as per your category and submit you form.

5. And don’t forget to take a print out of the application form.

 

Syllabus for ASRB Recruitment 2021

 The candidates who will submit the application for recruitment of ASRB and shortlisted for the examination will have to appear foe three tier examination to complete the recruitment process. The details of the examination for all the three tiers are as follows:

 

Tier-I Examination: an objective multiple choice paper consist of 200 questions of one mark each will be conducted of three hours duration of the following sections-

C	Arithmetical & Numerical Ability	50
D	English/Hindi	50

Negative Markings:  1/3 Marks

 

Note: this paper will be qualifying  in nature and marks scored in is  will not be carried forward. The ASRB will prepare a list of candidates to be qualified in Tier-II Examination, based on the criteria of minimum qualifying marks as determined by the board and 20 top  scoring candidates for one vacancy shell be declared qualified fir the Tier-II examination from each category under which vacancies are available.

 

Tier-II Examination: each paper will be of three hour duration.

Note: The candidates from Tier-II Exam will be qualified for Tier-III viz. Structured Interview in the ratio of five candidates for each vacancy (category-wise) on the basis of their merit in Tier-II.
