Eligibility Criteria of NABARD Recruitment 2021:
1. Assistant manager In Grade ‘A’ (Rural Development Banking Service):
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01/07/2021.
Education Qualification:
- General: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 60 Percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 50 percent) in aggregate or CA/CS/ICWA or Ph.D. from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC.
- Agriculture: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with 60 Percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Agriculture (Soil Science/ Agronomy) with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University or Institution.
- Agriculture Engineering: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering with 60 Percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture Engineering with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University or Institution.
- Animal Husbandry: Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences/Animal Husbandry from a recognized University with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Veterinary Sciences/Animal Husbandry with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University.
- Fisheries: Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science from a recognized University with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Fisheries Science with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate.
- Forestry: Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry with 60 Percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Forestry with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University or Institution.
- Plantation/Horticulture: Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from a recognized University with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Horticulture with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University.
- Land Development-Soil Science: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with 60 Percent marks (PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Agriculture (Soil Science/ Agronomy) with a minimum of 55 percent marks (PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University or Institution.
- Water Resource: Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrology/Applied Hydrology OR Geology/Applied Geology with Hydrogeology/Irrigation/Water Supply & sanitation as one of the subjects with 60 Percent marks (PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Hydrology/Applied Hydrology OR Geology/Applied Geology with Hydrogeology/Irrigation/Water Supply & sanitation as one of the subject with a minimum of 55 percent marks (PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University.
- Finance: BBA (Finance or Banking)/BMS (Finance or Banking) with 60 Percent marks (PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) or Two(2) Years full-time P.G. Diploma in Management(Finance)/Full-Time MBA(Finance) degree with 55 percent marks (PWBD/SC/ST applicants- 50 Percent) from University/Institutions recognized by GOL/UGC with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. The candidates will be required to submit a certificate from Institution/University regarding specialization in Finance or Bachelor of Finance and Investment Analysis with 60 percent marks (PWBD/SC/ST applicants- 55 Percent) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) must have been obtained on or before 01/07/2021 or CFA.
- Computer and Information technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Application/Information Technology from a recognized University with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 55 Percent) in aggregate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Application/Information Technology with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants- 50 Percent) in aggregate from a recognized University.
2. Assistant manager In Grade ‘A’ (Rajbhasha Service)
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of 01/07/2021.
Education Qualification:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 55 percent) or equivalent in aggregate
- PG Diploma in Translation (minimum 1 year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University. The Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects in at least two years of Bachelor’s Degree course.
OR
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with a Minimum of 60 Percent marks in aggregate (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 55 percent). The Candidates must have studied English as a main/elective subject in at least two years of Bachelor’s Degree course.
OR
- Master’s Degree in English with a Minimum of 60 Percent marks in aggregate (SC/ST/PWBD applicants- 55 percent). The Candidates must have studied Hindi as a main/elective subject in at least two years of Bachelor’s Degree course. The candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
3. Assistant manager In Grade ‘A’ (Protocol And Security Service)
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 25 and 40 years of age as of 01/07/2021. (no age relaxation for any category).
Eligibility Criteria: he/she Should be an Officer with a minimum of 5 years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.
4. Assistant manager In Grade ‘B’ (Rural Development Banking Service)
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 25 years and 32 years of age as of 01/07/2021.
Educational Qualification: The candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD- 55 percent) in aggregate. The candidates should have a minimum of 60 percent or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post Graduation, MBA/PGDM at all level or a minimum 60 percent or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post Graduation, and a professional degree, viz, CA/’CS/ICWA OR a minimum 60 percent or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D.
Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of three years experience (SC/PWBD applicants- two years) in related sectors viz, Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum educational qualification (I.e. PG).
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit may be relaxed by:
OBC: 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PWBD: 10 years for PWBD (General), 13 years for PWBD(OBC), and 15 years for PWBD(ST/SC)
